Demo days at BIKE Transalp

You are keen to discover the BIKE Transalp adventure but haven't found the perfect partner yet or don't feel comfortable to complete all seven stages? No worries: for the first time in the history of the world's most famous mountain bike stage race for the average Joe, taster sessions are on offer.

Besides the traditional team entries, Race Organisers are making a special offer available in 2017 which enable interested cyclists to experience the first or the first two stages of the 20th anniversary edition, respectively.

Event organisers are offering a total of 200 demo day tickets which addresses not only those who would love to compete individually but also the BIKE Transalp rookies who want to slowly get to know the seven-day MTB adventure.

There are two options for the demo days: you can chose to pedal the first stage from Mayrhofen to Brixen, or you decide to keep going finally wrapping up the taster sessions in St. Vigil.

The price per stage is € 80,-.

In addition, Race organisers will provide a transport back to Mayrhofen no matter if you race one or two days.

Those who enter the event as part of the taster sessions will start as individuals and in an additional starting block solely reserved for them.

Although they won't be ranked as part of the classic BIKE Transalp categories, every competitor will be part of the peloton of adventurers and will capitalise on the same services which are provided to all other mountain bikers over the course of the stages.
